Boarding Services:

• Feet picked twice daily
• Daily blanketing/fly gear, medication services as needed included in board
• Wellness checks 3 times daily including late night check/feeding.
• All day or all night turnout with individualized plan for each horse to ensure safety and happiness.
• Grain/supplements fed up to 3x daily.
• Free choice grass and alfalfa hay fed 3x daily
• Stalls thoroughly cleaned and rebedded daily

Kennett Square Farm:

256 W Hillendale Rd., Kennett Square, PA 19348

• beautiful 60 +/- acre private farm. Owners and staff live on site.
• 15 stall barn built in 2020 with 16 foot recessed rubber mat aisle
• Barn designed for optimal airflow and natural light, with bars on top half of stalls walls to maintain a “herd” setting for the horses; each stall has a back window with yoke that can be closed in inclement weather while still allowing natural light in. Each stall is also equipped with an enclosed motor fan and automatic water cleaned daily.
• Rubber matted stalls bedded deeply with straw and an absorbent layer of pine pellets on the bottom. Thoroughly cleaned and rebedded daily.
• Each stall has drop down feed doors from hayloft, with one side of the barn being open to the roof with skylights to allow for maximum airflow and natural lighting. With four entrances and exits the barn is easily accessed from all sides, and each barn door has large windows so the barn can be buttoned up in bad weather but light can still come in to the barn.
• State of the art heat/smoke detector system throughout the barn and hay loft with automatic alerts to the fire department and farm staff in case of dangerous conditions. System is serviced regularly.
• Large, temperature controlled tack room with sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, boot/helmet room and bathroom.
• Temperature controlled Laundry/Med room also equipped with sink.
• Free choice grass and alfalfa hay fed 3x daily in stalls, hay huts with free choice grass hay provided in every field.
• Manure pile picked up weekly. Feed through fly control as well as fly traps in each stall and throughout the barn. Fly predators spread throughout the property from April to The end of fly season.
• Two hot/cold wash stalls with enclosed motor fans. One additional dedicated dry cross tie and 4 more barn aisle cross ties.
• Individual or partner/group turnout on carefully maintained fields all with hay huts throughout the year. New 3 board fencing with a top strand of Centaur polycharge HTP.
• 3 all weather paddocks close to the barn with large roof cover to provide turnout in muddy/frozen conditions or rehab as needed.
• Miles of hacking trails
• Maintained grass conditioning hill and field
• 140×200 all weather outdoor arena equipped with drains and state of the art trutex oasis fiber blend footing. Dragged and watered daily.
• Full show jump course changed weekly.
• Cross country schooling field with portable jumps and logs
• Barn staff live above barn, owners/trainers also live on site

Aiken Farm: Blossom Creek South

• Beautiful equestrian compound situated on 44.7 +/- acres in the Bridle Creek Equestrian Community. Access to Bridle Creek trail system and community gallop.
• main barn has 9 stalls with hot/cold wash stall, auto waters and Dutch doors looking out on to covered 10’ walkway.
• Fully Matted barn aisle and stalls with enclosed motor ceiling fans
• Fly spray system
• Temperature controlled tack room with washer/dryer and sink

• Owners and staff live on site
• 4 additional shed-row barns situated throughout the property, all with individual tack rooms and covered hot/cold wash stalls.

• All weather 140’x240’ sand/fiber blend jump ring with course changed weekly, watered and dragged daily.
• Full Cross Country course designed by Eric Bull with water complex, multiple ditches, banks, mounds and sunken road. Novice-Advanced questions. Irrigated established turf.
• Round pen with sand/rubber/fiber blend.
• Ample grass turnouts with 4 board fencing and strand of electric on top and second board.
• Shelters and/or shade trees in all of the turnouts.
